- While in SLC recently, we took a detour to see the newly remodeled capitol building. Our kids expected it to be really uncool. But, it was Saturday and we had the place pretty much to ourselves (besides a few wedding photographers.) We had fun feeling a little like spies as we snooped and explored around the whole place. We left impressed.
